A tribute to Scottish flavours

Leading the kitchen is award-winning Head Chef Ross Cochrane. His focus is on Scottish dishes, executed immaculately, embracing a field to fork cooking philosophy.

Our menu changes with the seasons as we love to showcase the finest local food available at the time our guests dine. The dishes we create use almost exclusively Scottish produce, bought from farmers we know well, and are always constructed with a light, modern, touch.
