We are forever conscious to increase the positive impact we have on everyone that connects with us.
We work closely with our suppliers across the whole farm to fork journey. Our chefs are closely connected to their local suppliers and farmers, sourcing the best in fresh, seasonal, UK produce.
Our afternoon tea includes bites of Ballater venison, wholesome sandwiches layered with local smoked salmon and homemade scones, accompanied with a glass of fizz.
Or join us for a barista coffee and wee treat of shortbread or brownie.
